Sheepskin leather on a flat cap takes the most traditional British hat shape and reinterprets it in a material that carries a completely different visual weight. Where wool and tweed flat caps read as countryside and heritage, black sheepskin leather reads as urban, sharp, and contemporary. The five-panel construction follows the classic flat cap shape, but the leather surface changes everything about how the cap is perceived.

The sheepskin is soft from the first wear and moulds to the head shape within the first week of regular use. Cotton lining inside prevents the leather from sticking to the skin, and the 4.8cm visor provides a proportional peak that frames the face without extending too far forward. Designed in London, sized from Small to X-Large.

Leather Flat Cap Ageing

Black sheepskin leather develops grey highlights at stress points and softens to a slightly less rigid finish over the first few months. The cotton lining absorbs perspiration and prevents it from reaching the leather, which helps the exterior maintain its appearance longer. Condition the leather once or twice a year with a neutral leather balm to keep it supple and prevent cracking.
